2. Eligibility

2.1 To participate in the Competition, entrants must have first completed the installation of eligible Rockwool product(s) in their home under Ireland’s Home Energy Saving (“HES”) scheme which is operated in Ireland by Sustainable Energy Ireland. 2.2 The Eligible Rockwool Products with HES grant support from Sustainable Energy Ireland currently include the following insulation products:

The winners will be the persons who have met the eligibility criteria, completed the questions of skill correctly and who have, in the eyes of our judging panel, answered the tie-breaker question in the most imaginative manner.

3.2 Each of the prizes will comprise the repayment by Rockwool to the winner of the difference between (i) the full vouched (or, if less, the reasonable) cost of the Rockwool materials used and the labour costs associated with the insulation installation as paid by the winner and (ii) the HES grant received by the winner from SEI. Rockwool reserves the right to verify the reasonableness of the claimed cost if necessary.

3.3 The maximum value of the prize is [€10,000] regardless of whether or not the winner has expended a higher amount under the HES scheme.

3.4 Rockwool may require attendance at the winners’ homes to undertake a visual check to confirm that Rockwool products have been installed.
